Lisboa Unicorn Capital is Lisbon City Council’s platform that defines the ambitious vision for the city and establishes it as a global hub for entrepreneurship, innovation and technology.
Lisboa Unicorn Capital builds on the foundations laid by Made of Lisboa during its early years of promoting innovative entrepreneurship in the city. However, as the city has grown from a startup-city to a scale up city this new brand goes even further by integrating all the main players, programmes, clusters and innovation-focused entities associated with the municipality and the city’s ecosystem. Our aim is to consolidate and unite these resources to solidify Lisbon’s position as an innovation capital.
The ambition is clear: to affirm Lisbon as an entrepreneurial, innovative and technological hub at a global level, working with the community to ensure Lisbon’s success as an innovation capital.
Under the umbrella of the Lisbon crow, and with the art of hospitality that characterises Lisboners, unicorns and pioneers from all over the world will find the space for their vision and ambition in our city.
